Fascia is the butterfly net we all sit in and it encases all nerves, arteries, bones, muscles and organs.

They say fascia holds the diary of all our lifetime experiences. The fascia catches and holds all the spiritual, physical, and emotional wounds that happen upon us in each lifetime. These become patterns that we come here to resolve and evolve from.

When born our fascia is very supple and fluid – as we grow all the trauma that comes at us and it is caught in our fascia and forms energy cysts. Thus our fascia hardens and becomes crystalized.

Fascial Release CREATES an emotional and physical discharge of the traumas that ended up in the energy cysts thus as the emotional and physical discharge occurs we end releasing energy  on a physical and emotional level. I say we release fear – which where all the traumas we sustained and love fills the space and thus the healing happens.
